I am Petra and I am the person behind The mini decor room. I live and work in Småland, Sweden.
Miniatures and crafting have been my hobby for many years. It has been over 15 years since I attended my first workshop, and there have been many more since then. I love sitting down at my crafting table and starting to create, from small floral arrangements to entire miniature scenes.
My idea for this webshop came about because I often receive admiring comments about my miniatures, but most people add that they would never have the patience to tinker with such tiny things. So, I thought I could take care of the fiddly parts and leave the actual decorating to you. That is how The mini decor room was born.
I am starting on a small scale with a limited selection, but over time I will expand with a larger range of furniture and decorations, and eventually, other rooms to furnish as well.
Since I run this shop in my spare time alongside my full-time job, I create and pack everything during evenings and weekends. Thank you for your patience and understanding ✨️
